Corporate culture

Dalkia in the Czech Republic Group pays great attention to corporate culture and ensures that it is fostered. Its priority is to create a working environment for its employees that will enable them to channel as much energy, talent, and creativity into the pursuit of the shared corporate goals and the satisfaction of Dalkia’s customers.

 

Dalkia in the Czech Republic Group’s corporate culture is based on five codes, each of which pertains to a different area and has its own specific meaning: The Employee Code sums up the main principles that all employees should observe in their everyday work and concerns, e.g., their cooperation and communication with colleagues, training, personal development, etc. The Manager Code contains the rules for managing one’s subordinates correctly, the OHS Code focuses on the principles of safe and responsible workplace conduct, and the Customer Approach Code sums up the rules for dealing with clients and trading partners. The Sustainable Development Policy includes all standards of the Integrated Management System in relation to the environment, employees, and customers. All five documents together form Dalkia in the Czech Republic Group’s Code of Conduct.

Our corporate culture is also reflected in the slogan “Dalkia - Energy in Mind”, which summarises the key values in relation to the customers, employees, the environment, and the regions where Dalkia operates, in six slogans: Dependable, Green, Safe, Thrifty, Responsible, and Forever.
