When it comes to customers who do not use district heating supplies from our company, we offer them the option of taking over the management of their energy facilities and thermal systems, e.g. in the form of installation lease, including operation, maintenance and repair. Dalkia contractually guarantees the reliability and quality of the supplies and the development of prices and technical parameters throughout the term of the contract. If we undertake to optimise the operation, we also guarantee energy savings, and thus financial savings, for the client. Our services can also include the preparation of a comprehensive energy consumption study, diagnostics of the existing energy installations, and recommendations for improvements in the energy installation and demand optimisation. We monitor the current developments in energy legislation on an ongoing basis and give recommendations to our customers as to what measures to take to best comply with applicable regulations.
