Investor in People

Investors in People (IIP) is the only internationally recognised human resource management and development standard, which makes the employees the focal point of the company’s strategy and efficiency. It measures the ability of the business to efficiently use the employees and develop their potential in line with the firm’s goals and strategy. In effect, the IIP standard constitutes an efficient tool for improving employee qualifications, flexibility, motivation, and productivity, thus helping to improve the entire company’s performance.

The IIP standard was granted by a decision of the UK’s International Quality Centre certification authority following a successful HR audit, whereby a sample of the employees at various levels and of different professions were interviewed about their perception of the company’s HR policy, in particular in terms of training, cooperation, and internal communication.
