Satisfaction surveys
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Dalkia in the Czech Republic Group, which is why we regularly conduct surveys to map the satisfaction of our clients and obtain suggestions for improvement.
The last regular satisfaction survey among our clients was realised in March and April 2011.
