We meet their requirements in terms of training as regards both their current position and with an outlook for the future. Our goal is to motivate employees to their highest personal and professional development.

Successors

Dalkia in the Czech Republic has defined a small group of employees who are the potential successors to positions with a greater degree of responsibility. Based on our succession plan, we “bring up” employees for key positions by “tailoring”a personal development plan for each of them. The goal is to help them to obtain the required competences and prepare them for positions with a greater degree of responsibility.
